Ljiljana Trajković
Professor, Simon Fraser University, Canada

Ljiljana Trajkovic received the Dipl. Ing. degree from University of Pristina, Yugoslavia, the M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and computer engineering from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from University of California at Los Angeles. She is currently a professor in the School of Engineering Science, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Her research interests include communication networks and dynamical systems. She served as IEEE Division X Delegate/Director, President of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, and President of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. Dr. Trajkovic serves as Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems and Associate Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Open Journal of Systems Engineering. She is a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Circuits and System Society, a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, and a Fellow of the IEEE.

Haibin Zhu
Professor, Nipissing University, Canada

Dr. Haibin Zhu is a Full Professor and the Coordinator of the Computer Science Program, the Founding Director of the Collaborative Systems Laboratory, a member of the University Budget Plan committee, Arts and Science Executive Committee, Nipissing University, Canada. He is also an affiliate professor of Concordia Univ. and an adjunct professor of Laurentian Univ., Canada. He received a B.S. degree in computer engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, China (1983), and M.S. (1988) and Ph.D. (1997) degrees in computer science from the National Univ. of Defense Technology (NUDT), China. He was the chair of the Department of Computer Science and Mathematics, Nipissing University, Canada (2019-2021), a visiting professor and a special lecturer in the College of Computing Sciences, New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA (1999-2002) and a lecturer, an associate professor and a full professor at NUDT (1988-2000). He has accomplished (published or in press) over 200 research works including 30+ IEEE Transactions articles, six books, five book chapters, four journal issues, and four conference proceedings. He is a fellow of I2CICC (International Institute of Cognitive Informatics and Cognitive Computing), a senior member of ACM, a senior member of IEEE, a full member of Sigma Xi, and a life member of CAST-USA (Chinese Association of Science and Technology, USA).

A. S. N. Chakravarthy
Professor, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, India

Dr. A. S. N. Chakravarthy is currently working as Professor, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering, Coordinator MOOCs & Skill Development Centre, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, Kakinada, A.P., India. He has 67papers published in various International journals and conferences. His research areas include Networks, Security & Cryptography, Biometrics, and Digital Forensics. He is Editorial board member for various International Journals. He is also the Senior Member and Professional Member of IEEE and ACM, respectively.

Zelin Tong
Professor, Hainan University, China

Dr. Tong is currently working with Hainan University, PR China, as a specially-appointed professor. He got his PhD degree from Wuhan University, and then he went to Guanghua School of Management, Peking University and as a visiting scholar. In 2016, he was selected as the Top Young Talent of North China University of Technology. In 2017, he was selected as the Top Young Talents of High-level Teachers Program in Beijing Universities. In 2019, he was selected into Top Talent Plan of Hainan Province.

Chi-Hua Chen
Professor, Fuzhou University, China

Chi-Hua Chen is a distinguished professor (Minjiang scholar and Qishan scholar) for the College of Computer and Data Science of Fuzhou University and a chair professor for the Navigation College of Dalian Maritime University in China. He also serves as a research associate & adjunct professor for American Alliance for International Education in United States of America (USA) and a research degree supervisor for University of Technology Sydney in Australia. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Information Management and Finance of National Chiao Tung University (NCTU) in 2013. Furthermore, he served as an assistant professor for the Department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management of National Tsing Hua University, the Department of Information Management and Finance of NCTU, the Department of Transportation and Logistics Management of NCTU, the Department of Communication and Technology of NCTU, the Bachelor Degree Program of Digital Marketing of National Taipei University, and the Department of Information Management of National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. He also served as a research fellow for the Internet of Things Laboratory of Chunghwa Telecommunication Laboratories. He has published over 300 academic papers (e.g., IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEICE Transactions on Information and Systems, IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics, etc.), He serves/served as an editor for several international journals (e.g., Scientific Data (Nature), IEEE Access, etc. ) He also serves/served as a chair for several international conferences and workshops (e.g., AAAI 2022 (one of top conferences) Worskhop, WWW 2021 (one of top conferences) Workshop, IEEE BIBM 2021 Workshop, IEEE TrustCom 2021 Workshop etc.). He is a senior member (M'17─SM'19) of IEEE and a member of ACM.

Witold Pedrycz
Professor, University of Alberta, Canada

Prof. Witold Pedrycz received his M.Sc., Ph.D., and D.Sci. degrees from the Silesian University of Technology, Gliwice, Poland. He is currently a Professor and a Canada Research Chair (CRC) in computational intelligence with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada. He is also with the Polish Academy of Sciences, Systems Research Institute, Warsaw, Poland. He has published numerous articles in these areas. He is also the author of 15 research monographs. His research interests include computational intelligence, fuzzy modeling, knowledge discovery, data mining, and fuzzy control, including fuzzy controllers, pattern recognition, knowledge-based neural networks, granular and relational computing, and software engineering. He has been a member of numerous program committees of IEEE conferences in the area of fuzzy sets and neurocomputing. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of Information Sciences (Elsevier), WIREs Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery (Wiley), and the International Journal of Granular Computing (Springer). He served as the Editor-in-Chief for the IEEE Transactions on Systems Man and Cybernetics—Part A and the President of IFSA. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems.

Danilo Avola
Assistant Professor, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy

Danilo Avola earned his Ph.D. degree in Molecular and Ultrastructural Imaging from University of L'Aquila, L'Aquila, Italy, in 2014. Since 2021 he is Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science of Sapienza University of Rome, where he leads both the Robotics Vision and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (TITAN Lab) and the Computer Vison Laboratory (VisionLab). In addition, since 2018 he is R&D Senior Engineer at the W•SENSE s.r.l., a spin-off of Sapienza University of Rome, where he leads the Computer Vision Team (CVT), and since 2010 he provides consultation and collaboration to companies engaged in computer science, computer vision, and artificial intelligence research projects. Previously, he was postdoc researcher at the Department of Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics (DMIF), University of Udine, Udine, Italy, and R&D Senior Engineer at the Artificial Vision and Real-Time Systems Laboratory (AVIRES Lab) at the same University. Even before, he was R&D Senior Engineer and Supervisor, earlier, at the Multimodal & Multimedia Laboratory (M&M Lab) of the National Research Council, Rome, Italy, and, later, both at the Pictorial Computing Laboratory (PCL Lab) and at the Artificial Vision Laboratory (AV Lab) of Sapienza University of Rome. Among other awards and prizes, Danilo Avola received, in 2020, the Outstanding Paper Award for IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (TII). Currently, he is Reviewer of top International Journals in Computer Vision, including Pattern Recognition, Pattern Recognition Letters, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems, and International Journal of Computer Vision; in addition, he is Associate Editor and Guest Editor of different ranked International Journals. His research interests include Computer Vision, Image/Video Processing, Human Computer Interaction, Wi-Fi Signal Processing, EGG Signal Processing, Machine/Deep Learning, Multimodal Systems, Pattern Recognition, Event/Action/Affect Recognition, Action, Scene Understanding, Body Language and Face Expression Interpretation, Robotics (UAVs, AUVs, ROVs, Humanoids), and has published around 100 papers on these topics. Since 2011, Danilo Avola is member of IAPR, CVPL, and IEEE.

Hamid Doost Mohammadian
Professor, University of Applied Sciences (FHM), Germany.

Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Hamid Doost Mohammadian (Germany) is a professor for interdisciplinary studies, international sustainability management and senior Futurist in Germany. He is director for international management, consultant to president and head of FHM German Institute of SMEs (F-GISI) at University of Applied Sciences (FHM) in Germany. He obtained his Post-Doc in Global SMEs Management, and two doctorates in business strategy and sustainability management & also an honorary doctorate in international sustainable development management, two master's in industrial engineering and SocioEcoEnvironmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Computer Hardware Engineering with Math and Physics background. He obtained two honorary professorships titles in Global SME Management and in International Technology Management and Entrepreneurship. He was also an external Professor and supervisor at some international high rank universities like the TU-Campus EUREF gGmbH (TU Berlin) in the field of sustainable business, building sustainability, sustainable energy management, sustainable mobility, risk and engineering management. Prof. Hamid Doost Mohammadian is a visiting professor at Academy for Cultural Diplomacy (ICD) in Berlin and PhD supervisor/examiner of FHM joint doctoral programs powered by two British State Universities. In addition, he is Professor and Board Member at London Institute of Skills Development (LISD), UK and Board Member at Swiss Institute of Cultural Diplomacy. Since 2017, he has been contributing as an academic leader to Erasmus + project named: "Internet of Energy (IoE)-Education/Qualification" in Germany and 6 EU partners.
